In an effort to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the following Rules and Regulations are to be complied with. A complete list of all rules and regulations will be provided to you upon check-in. All Occupants, Tenants, Residents and Guests of Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis, upon executing the registration document, acknowledges receipt of and accepts to comply with the Rules and Regulations in their entirety. Once again, we sincerely welcome you to Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis and look forward to your stay.
By law, Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis is a service-oriented business and therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any daily/weekly/monthly guests. We offer no lease contracts and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
Registration is due immediately upon arriving at the Park. Payment in full is due at time of registration.
PAYMENT & RATES
We only accept Cash or checks currently. All charges for your stay are due and payable in advance. Once payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason. . A late charge of $25 per day will be assessed for all rent that is not received by noon on the day following the date for which rent is due. Rates are for two people in a site. There is a $10.00 fee for additional person per day. Maximum of 4 persons, per site unless approved by management.
Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noises created by guests or visitors will not be tolerated. Outside RV lights are not to be left on after 10:00 PM.
Guests are required to maintain their space and RV in a clean, attractive and well-kept manner.
Pressure regulators are recommended for your water connection. Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis is not responsible for damages to your RV’s water system due to fluctuating water pressures.
RVs with damage to the exterior unit, including but not limited to broken windows, dents, rust, exposed wiring, missing panels, repairs using tape, tarps or other unsightly appearance is not suited for this RV Park and may be denied entrance into this Park.
RVs must be in good condition and self-contained meaning sewer, water and electric are in good working order and the RV is equipped for living (sleeping & bathing).
You must be able to pull or drive your RV (whichever is applicable) in and be able to move it at any time (upon management request).
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting these park standards.
The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the entire park. Speed limit will be enforced.
Drive on the roads only.
Park your vehicle in your assigned spot only. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.
Two (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV.
Boats must be kept in the separate boat storage area.
No more than two (2) pets will be permitted per space. Park Management reserves the right to deny a pet if the pet proves to pose a threat to the health and safety of our park guests. Current licenses and rabies certificates must be available for inspection upon check-in by park management.
Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other guests, and the Park and Park Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by tenant’s pet.
ABSOLUTELY no use of firearms, explosives, drugs, or fireworks are allowed in the park.
Campfires or open fires are strictly prohibited except in designated burn pits. Jackson County burn ban regulations are to be followed at all times. Outdoor cooking and charcoal fires are permitted in your space inside an approved (fully contained) outdoor BBQ only!
Drunk and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and are grounds for eviction.
Harassment –Conduct which threatens, harasses or intimidates others is prohibited.
Damage to park property (including but not limited to): Restrooms, utilities, landscaping, vehicles, street lights or signage is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages!
Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary in these rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Willful violation of these rules WILL result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property. Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents or losses from any cause. Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature. Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis is not responsible for any damage to vehicles cause by other property patrons. Harv’s Paradise RV Oasis reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site.
Management reserves the right to modify these rules at any time and for any reason.
Please report any problems to park management immediately.
